Role Overview
As a Patient Registration Representative, you play a vital role in ensuring a seamless patient experience by managing all registration activities. You¿ll support patients, clinic staff, and medical teams by handling check-in/check-out, insurance verification, cash collections, and more. Your work directly impacts patient satisfaction and operational efficiency, making you an essential part of our healthcare team.

What You Will Do
- Manage patient reception, face-to-face check-in/check-out, and preregistration processes.
- Verify insurance, collect payments, and reconcile patient charts.
- Discuss general financial responsibilities with patients and connect them to the Customer Service Center.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
- Collaborate with clinic staff, medical teams, and patients to ensure smooth operations.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform calculations, complete forms, and utilize computer information systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients, staff, and visitors.
- Basic computer skills, including navigating software, email, and logging in/out of systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with a clinic environment.
- Experience working with diverse populations and age groups.
