Role Overview

As an Asst-Linen Svcs, you play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients and staff. You will be responsible for collecting, washing, and distributing linens and apparel across assigned clinical areas, ensuring adherence to infection control guidelines. Your work directly supports the comfort and care of our patients and the efficiency of our healthcare operations.

What You Will Do

• Collect and sort soiled linens and apparel for assigned areas.
• Stock and distribute clean linens and apparel, adhering to infection control guidelines.
• Perform daily inventory to ensure clean linens and apparel are accurately stocked and distributed.
• Identify items for repair or replacement and notify management.
• Wash, dry, or fold laundered linens and apparel.
• Operate all laundry equipment according to operating instructions and departmental policies.
• Maintain work area and equipment in clean, working condition.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency.
• -OR- 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
