As a Lab Assistant-Specimen Collect, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of laboratory operations. You'll support patients, laboratory staff, and caregivers by performing essential procedures such as specimen collection, order entry, and point of care testing. Your work directly impacts patient care by providing critical data for diagnosis and treatment.

What You Will Do:

• Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection with precision and care.
• Process and transport laboratory specimens and materials efficiently.
• Conduct point of care testing and ensure accurate order entry.
• Interact professionally with patients, staff, and caregivers to provide exceptional service.
• Maintain safety and proficiency in handling specimens for all patient age groups.

Required Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Minimum six months of phlebotomy experience
