Role Overview

As a P2P Customer Service Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for all inbound customer inquiries related to procurement and payment processes. Your role is critical in resolving customer concerns, providing order status updates, and ensuring smooth operations. You¿ll work closely with Procurement and Accounts Payable teams to deliver high-quality service, supporting Henry Ford Health¿s commitment to excellence in healthcare.

What You Will Do

• Answer high-volume inbound calls and emails regarding order status, invoice payments, and procurement inquiries.
• Research and resolve customer issues, including backorders, overnight orders, and return requests (RTVs).
• Provide guidance to customers on using eProcurement systems and processes.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Accounts Payable teams to ensure timely and accurate resolutions.
• Maintain a deep understanding of Henry Ford Health¿s P2P procedures and systems to deliver superior customer service.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, MS Office, email, fax, and multi-line phone systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under stress with high attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Two years of experience in healthcare Procurement or Accounts Payable.
• Knowledge of medical supply and commodity terminology.
