As a Patient Registration Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience. You will support clinic staff, medical professionals, and patients by managing registration, insurance verification, and financial discussions. What You Will Do

• Greet and check in patients, ensuring a positive first impression.

• Handle cash collections and reconcile patient charts accurately.
• Preregister patients and manage their discharge process efficiently.
• Collaborate with the Customer Service Center for complex financial inquiries.
• Maintain a fast-paced, organized workflow despite frequent interruptions.
