Role Overview

As a Management Engineer, you will lead and facilitate improvement initiatives across multiple departments, applying innovative methodologies to increase efficiencies, reduce costs, and enhance quality. You¿ll collaborate with leadership and teams to implement solutions that drive meaningful change, while also mentoring Student Analysts and contributing to larger system projects.

What You Will Do

  • Facilitate improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean, Agile, and human factors engineering.
  • Collaborate with leadership to increase efficiencies, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
  • Prepare reports and recommendations for key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate implementation of improvement initiatives.
  • Mentor and supervise tasks of Student Analysts.
  • Continuously learn and apply new continuous improvement methodologies.

 

    Qualifications

    Required:

    • Bachelor's degree.
    • Ability to manage simultaneous assignments with conflicting priorities.
    • Experience applying problem-solving approaches.
    • Strong knowledge of effective data gathering techniques.

    Preferred:

    • Degree in industrial engineering, nursing, business administration, healthcare administration, organizational development, human factors, or related field.
    • Equivalent industry training and experience.
