Role Overview
As a Program Manager, you will play a critical role in initiating and managing complex programs within the department. You will plan, coordinate, and execute initiatives to ensure successful outcomes, collaborating with leaders, cross-functional teams, physicians, and external partners. Your work will directly support the department in achieving its strategic goals by delivering projects on time and within budget.

What You Will Do
- Initiate and manage highly complex programs, ensuring successful outcomes through effective planning, coordination, and execution.
- Collaborate with leaders, cross-functional teams, physicians, stakeholders, and external partners to drive program objectives and meet deadlines.
- Support the department in achieving strategic goals by delivering projects in a timely, cost-effective, and customer-focused manner.
- Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and improve program performance.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve high-quality healthcare service delivery.
Qualifications
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Three (3) years of related experience in health care operations leadership, process engineering/improvement, analytics leadership, project management, or Healthcare Administrative Fellowship.
- Proven experience in program management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Working knowledge of healthcare clinical and administrative operations, performance measurement, regulations, and industry trends.
- Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in project management software, collaboration tools, and MS Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree preferred.
