Join our Emergency Department leadership team as an Assistant Clinical Manager and make a meaningful impact on patient care and team excellence. Under the guidance of the Director / Nurse Manager, you'll step into a dynamic clinical and management role where you'll lead the planning, organization, and delivery of exceptional patient care services. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor clinical staff to deliver outstanding patient care while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality
• Drive the development, implementation, and continuous monitoring of budgets and quality improvement initiatives that enhance departmental performance
• Optimize staffing levels and scheduling to ensure adequate resources while supporting work-life balance for your team
• Champion the achievement of departmental goals and objectives through collaborative leadership and strategic planning
• Ensure regulatory compliance and foster a culture of accountability and professional excellence
• Develop and refine departmental policies that empower staff and improve operational efficiency
• Support personnel evaluation and professional development, providing constructive feedback and growth opportunities
• Serve as a trusted leader during off-shift operations, ensuring continuity of care and team support

SCHEDULE: Full-Time 40 hours per week, there is flexibility in scheduling; however, this role primarily supports off shift operations. Full-Time Benefit Eligible

LOCATION: Henry Ford Providence Southfield

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Two years RN experience.

CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE REQUIRED:

• Current RN license in the State of Michigan
• BCLS/ACLS per unit's standard
• Certifications appropriate for specific unit.
