Role Overview
As an Assistant Store Manager at Henry Ford OptimEyes, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing their questions and concerns. You¿ll support the management team in daily operations while advocating for patients across all facets of our business, including optical services, opticianry, and optometric assistance.

What You Will Do
- Assist customers with questions and concerns to ensure their overall satisfaction.
- Support the management team in day-to-day operations.
- Provide cross-functional assistance in optical services, opticianry, and optometric support.
- Advocate for patients by addressing their needs across all areas of the business.
- Utilize operational systems like Acuity Logic, eEHR, and insurance platforms to support customer service.
Qualifications
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Previous optical experience and knowledge.
- Previous retail or hospitality experience.
- Computer knowledge and advanced proficiency in Acuity Logic, eEHR, and insurance systems.
- Successful completion of required Henry Ford OptimEyes training courses.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a healthcare or customer service leadership role.
- Familiarity with Henry Ford Health systems and processes.
