Shift: 3 12-hour shifts (7PM-7:30AM) & Rotating Weekends

As a Registered Nurse, you'll lead the coordination and delivery of compassionate, quality patient care while building strong relationships with patients, families, and your healthcare team. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver exceptional outcomes
• Delegate and supervise care activities while maintaining accountability for quality and compassionate patient experiences
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and informed decision-making
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans grounded in clinical knowledge and analytical problem-solving
• Identify and address variances from patient goals, collaborating with the team to implement solutions that drive positive results
• Document patient care thoroughly and accurately to support continuity of care and clinical excellence
• Educate patients and families to empower them in their healthcare journey and recovery

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse
• Emergency Department or inpatient care experience preferred
• Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities to develop effective nursing care plans
• Strong communication skills with patients, families, and healthcare team members

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:

• Current licensure from the Michigan State Board of Nursing
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
