Job Description

The Manager of Revenue Cycle Analytics leads the Revenue Cycle Analytics team in designing and implementing analytical solutions to drive revenue cycle performance across the health system. This position partners with stakeholders to identify key challenges and translate analytics into actionable tactics for improvement. The manager oversees data architecture, metrics development, reporting and dashboard creation, and provides data-driven recommendations for process improvements and organizational change. Responsibilities include managing analytics projects and routine reporting in accordance with organizational goals, while demonstrating high autonomy in complex revenue cycle and operational contexts. The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, advanced analytical and organizational abilities, and the capacity to facilitate multi-disciplinary teams of administrators and physician leaders. Flexibility, innovation, and continuous learning are essential to this role.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Required. 
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Clinical or related field preferred. 
  • Minimum of 7 years relevant experience required. 
  • Management experience in revenue cycle, finance, health care data analytics, or consulting preferred.
  • End to end revenue cycle operations including patient access, charge capture, claims management, denials, accounts receivable, payment posting, collections, and revenue optimization
  • Outstanding analytical, communication and interpersonal skills required. 
  • Project management experience preferred.
