- Leverage hand-held computer systems strategically to order supplies and manage inventory, downloading and uploading data to maintain optimal stock levels. Source special order items from non-prime vendors as needed to meet unique departmental requirements.
- Receive, verify, and distribute incoming supplies with meticulous attention to detail—confirming item numbers, descriptions, quantities, and delivery locations. Maintain organized packing slip records with department signatures for complete accountability and audit readiness.
- Deliver stock to designated locations and secure proper signatures, building a comprehensive documentation system that supports future reference, compliance, and organizational learning.
- Respond promptly to departmental calls, troubleshooting routine supply issues with resourcefulness and creative problem-solving, while escalating complex challenges to supervisors for collaborative resolution.
- Manage mail distribution and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely, accurate delivery across all departments and maintaining professional communication standards.

- Conduct periodic inventory inspections to identify expired items and non-sterile conditions, verify equipment safety certifications, and take immediate corrective action to maintain our high standards.
- Contribute innovative recommendations for process improvements, waste reduction, and enhanced inventory control that benefit the entire organization and strengthen our operational excellence.
- Stay current with applicable Federal, State, and local regulations, our Corporate Compliance Program, and Code of Ethics, demonstrating integrity, ethical behavior, and professionalism in every interaction and decision.
