Job Description
General Summary:
Join a team of compassionate clinicians dedicated to transforming lives through exceptional behavioral health nursing. As a Registered Nurse in Behavioral Health, you'll be at the heart of patient recovery and mental wellness, providing visionary leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate care. You'll harness the full power of the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver, delegate, supervise, and document care that truly makes a difference. Your ability to communicate with genuine empathy and advocate fiercely for your patients and their families will be instrumental in building trust with the healthcare team. You'll be a problem-solver and champion for your patients, identifying barriers to recovery and championing solutions that move patients toward their goals and brighter futures.

Qualifications
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- BSN preferred.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans.
- Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services.
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:
- Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
- Health care provider certification (BCLS).
