The team 
You will join our Centre of Excellence (CoE) for Recruitment, reporting to the Lead Talent Acquisition Manager. The CoE currently supports recruitment across Germany, Czechia, and our Group and Service functions in Denmark, Norway, and Sweden.

As part of our wider Group People & Culture (P&C) organisation, the Recruitment team plays a key role in shaping Heimstaden's culture and success by attracting top talent and delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

This full-time position is based in our Copenhagen office close to Nørreport station with onsite presence required.

Your primary focus will be to identify, attract and secure top talent for specialist and leadership roles across our Nordic Group and Service functions. This is a hands-on sourcing role where success depends on your ability to proactively engage passive candidates, influence stakeholders, and drive recruitment processes from strategy to hire.

Job Description

Join us as a Talent Acquisition Specialist 
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for specialist, leadership and hard-to-fill roles across our Nordic Group and Service functions.
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking and market mapping.
  • Build talent pipelines for critical business areas and maintain strong candidate networks.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and P&C Business Partners as a trusted advisor on recruitment strategy, talent availability and market trends.
  • Challenge hiring assumptions and provide data-driven recommendations to improve hiring outcomes.
  • Conduct structured interviews and assessments to ensure high-quality and objective hiring decisions.
  • Drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes, candidate experience and employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications

You bring with you: 

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, executive search, or specialist recruitment.
  • Written and oral fluency in English and one Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian or Danish). Any additional language is beneficial.
  • A proven track record of successfully recruiting for specialist, leadership and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Strong direct sourcing and headhunting capabilities, including market mapping, candidate outreach and pipeline building.
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers in a consultative capacity.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and a data-driven approach to improving hiring performance.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing tools.
