Job Description
We’re continuing to grow our Permanent Recruitment Team and are looking for an experienced recruiter to specialise in Medical Imaging, Allied Health, Home Care, Aged Care, or Acute Nursing.
What you’ll be doing:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates across Allied Health, Nursing, or Home Care
- Proactively sourcing, engaging, and placing candidates, supported by a strong international pipeline
- Driving business development activity to grow your desk and expand client partnerships
- Managing and developing key accounts while identifying new business opportunities
- Collaborating with internal HCA teams to generate leads and build long-term client relationships
About you:
You’re an experienced recruiter or sales professional who thrives on business development, relationship building, and delivering results. You enjoy working in a fast-paced, candidate-driven market and are confident managing multiple roles and stakeholders.
You bring experience within Medical Imaging, Allied Health, Home Care, Aged Care, or Nursing, along with a commercial mindset and a proactive approach to growing your desk.
Most importantly, you’re passionate about connecting people with meaningful work and delivering exceptional service to your clients.
