We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service & Rostering Consultant to join our Townsville Nursing team, where you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless workforce coverage and operational efficiency. This role combines excellent customer service with rostering and recruitment support—keeping healthcare running smoothly every day.

What you’ll do:
Reporting to the Regional Branch Manager, you will take ownership of your desk and priorities while working closely with clients and nursing staff. Your responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and managing high-volume shift requests across multiple healthcare sites
  • Providing exceptional customer service to nursing staff and clients
  • Supporting recruitment activities: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and engaging nursing candidates
  • Assisting with onboarding, credentialing, and workforce planning
  • Managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls daily
  • Ensuring shifts are filled efficiently, accurately, and compliantly

You have experience in customer service, administration, Recruitment or rostering roles, and are confident managing high call volumes while prioritising tasks effectively. You pay strong attention to detail and ensure accuracy in all data entry tasks. You remain calm under pressure, taking a solutions-focused approach to challenges, and are skilled at building strong, collaborative relationships with clients, staff, and team members.
