We’re now seeking a dynamic and experienced Agency Recruitment Manager to lead our Acute, Aged and Community Healthcare recruitment business. This role offers the chance to shape and grow Australia’s largest  Healthcare agency recruitment team delivering top-tier talent solutions to our valued clients,  encompassing the Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast Branches.

Reporting to the Executive General Manager, Workforce, you will:

• Lead and inspire a high-performing team of acute healthcare recruiters
• Drive the delivery of high-quality talent for hospitals and healthcare facilities
• Develop and nurture long-term client partnerships within the acute healthcare sector
• Oversee team performance, ensuring achievement of KPIs, revenue targets, and service excellence
• Contribute to national strategy and operational improvements for acute healthcare recruitment
• Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity in the agency healthcare recruitment market
