Job Description

As a Product Specialist, you will help turn new service concepts into reality by ensuring the digital foundations are practical, integrated, and ready to scale. Partnering closely with the Product Manager, you will support platform selection, system testing, and implementation to deliver seamless customer and operational experiences. We are open to this role being performed from the Upper North Island.
You’ll also:
Assess and select fit-for-purpose digital platforms and solutions.
Design seamless integration across monitoring, field, and customer service operations.
Define practical MVP requirements and avoid unnecessary complexity.
Lead vendor engagement, testing, and system integrations.
Support the rollout of new services from pilot through to national deployment.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience
Proven experience in digital leadership or transformation
Experience designing digital services and customer journeys that improve user and operational outcomes.
Strong understanding of systems integration across CRM, monitoring, and service delivery platforms.
Experience leading agile delivery, vendor evaluations, and technology implementation projects.
Knowledge of data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements within healthcare or regulated environments.
Practical approach to solution delivery, with experience in selecting, configuring, and integrating off-the-shelf platforms.
