Job Description

Join our fundraising team in this 12-month fixed term position and play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued donors. In this customer-focused role, you'll help deliver exceptional donor experiences, support retention initiatives, and contribute to the long-term success of our fundraising programmes, ensuring supporters remain engaged with our mission and impact.

  • Lead donor retention campaigns to strengthen supporter relationships and loyalty.
  • Conduct meaningful donor conversations to help retain ongoing fundraising support.
  • Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve retention outcomes.
  • Coach and support callers to deliver exceptional donor experiences.
  •  Resolve donor enquiries and complex issues with professionalism and care.
  • Collaborate with fundraising teams to enhance supporter engagement and fundraising success.

Qualifications

We're looking for a relationship-focused and results-driven professional who thrives on engaging with people and making a positive impact. You'll bring strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the confidence to lead meaningful donor conversations while supporting others to succeed. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, you'll be motivated by achieving outcomes, driving continuous improvement, and building lasting supporter relationships.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in fundraising, customer service, sales, or a contact centre environment.
  • Proven ability to work towards and achieve performance targets and KPIs
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a donor-focused approach.
  • Ability to coach, support, and influence others to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive improvements.
