As one of our HR Advisors, your role goes beyond the traditional HR advisory scope found in large, complex organisations. This is a genuinely interesting and impactful opportunity where no two days are the same.
You’ll be a member of our well‑established HR Business Partnering team and part of our wider People function. Our organisation is multi‑faceted, encompassing a front‑line ambulance service, a broad range of community health programmes, and commercial activities. With approximately 11,000 people—both volunteers and paid employees—working side by side, this role offers a unique breadth of exposure and a rich environment in which to utilise your HR expertise and have some fun along the way.
This varied position involves providing generalist HR advisory mahi within the HR Business Partnering team, supporting the development of high‑performing teams, enabling change, and contributing to our broader people strategy. We’re looking for more than a technically sound HR professional; we’re seeking a trusted advisor who can navigate complex employment relations matters and build strong, credible relationships across the organisation.
The role sits within our Community Health portfolio—an incredibly rewarding area where your work directly supports services that make a difference in communities every day.
