The Digital & Data Business Partner (BP) purpose is to work side by side with Executive Leadership Team (ELT) & senior leaders as a credible, informed business partner, contributing to and supporting the delivery of achievements under the Digital & Data strategy as well as the Business Unit and organisational objectives in line with the IBP (Integrated Business Plan). The role of the BP is focussed on constant service improvement. The BP operates both tactically and strategically by coordinating, facilitating and positioning Digital & Data across various Hato Hone St John departments and teams to delivery positive outcomes and change across complex services and processes.
- Build and maintain relationships of credibility with the senior managers in assigned portfolio and across the organisation, acting on an informed understanding of the business and the external environment. This is to provide consistently professional, informed ICT advice and support across the assigned portfolio(s), and to support the organisation adopt a strategic approach to proactively planning future Digital change.
- Assist in the development of Integrated Business Plan Strategies for partnered functions by:
- Providing ICT leadership in determining strategic direction and aligning ICT strategies to this.
- Understanding the functional strategies and provide highly relevant insight into business performance.
- Acting as a key stakeholder in the decision-making process.
- Assist in building strong strategic partnerships with our key vendors, including working with the Supplier Relationship Manager with the facilitation of effective vendor governance and management.
- Assist with building effective service enablement and service operations capability so that the operational readiness of products, services and ongoing assurance are fit for purpose.
Qualifications
Ko wai koe - About you:
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant field of study
- Extensive experience in ICT Operations, preferably delivery within a health context.
- Strong strategic thinking capability coupled with the knowledge to effectively lead through cultural and/or business change
- Strong experience in service transition and service enablement and the onboarding and coordination of change into ICT Operations
