Job Description

We are seeking a talented Interior Designer or emerging Senior Interior Designer to join our Brisbane studio and contribute to significant projects across Australia.

This role is ideal for designers who have developed strong project delivery and Revit capability and are looking for the opportunity to take on greater project responsibility, mentor others and broaden their experience across sectors including workplace, education, health, aviation, hospitality and science.

Working closely with Interior Design leaders and multidisciplinary teams, you'll play an important role in shaping projects from early design through to delivery while continuing to grow your own leadership capability.

Qualifications

About you:

  • Several years' experience with a design firm, with a strong portfolio of completed interior design projects (including workplace or health)
  • 4–10+ years of Interior Design experience
  • Strong Revit documentation and technical delivery capability
  • Experience delivering workplace, education, health or hospitality projects (must bring a cross sector project portfolio)
  • The confidence to take ownership of project packages and coordinate project outcomes
  • Strong design, planning and problem-solving skills
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
  • A desire to continue growing your leadership and project management skills
  • Strong conceptual design skills and attention to detail.
  • Currently located in Brisbane or available to relocate and have full working rights in Australia.
