Job Description
We're looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Contract Administrator to join our Perth studio and support the delivery of complex health, transport, aviation, civic and workplace projects.
About the Role
Working closely with Principals, Design Leaders and Project Leaders, you will provide commercial, cost management and contract administration support across all stages of project delivery.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a design-led environment, helping teams make informed decisions around project costs, commercial risk, procurement and contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and monitor project budgets, cost plans and commercial forecasts.
- Provide cost and commercial advice throughout project planning, design and delivery.
- Assess variations, scope changes and commercial impacts.
- Support procurement strategies, tender processes and commercial evaluations.
- Administer consultancy agreements and project contracts.
- Monitor project financial performance and commercial risk.
- Contribute to project governance, reporting and commercial decision-making.
- Work closely with project teams, consultants and clients to achieve successful project outcomes.
Qualifications
About You
- 5+ years' experience in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Commercial Management or Contract Administration.
- Experience working on complex building, infrastructure or public sector projects.
- Strong understanding of project costs, procurement and contract administration.
- Commercially minded with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Construction Management or a related discipline.
- AIQS or RICS membership, or working towards accreditation, is highly regarded.
