In every studio, our dynamic Business Support teams build, maintain and improve the foundations that allow us to keep collaborating with our clients, partners – and each other. With talented team members integrated across the business, the team keeps Hassell running smoothly through administration, document control, graphics production, facilities and operations, business development, and process management.

About the role

We're searching for a part-time Business Coordinator (20 hours per week) to help keep our Brisbane studio running smoothly. As the first point of contact for staff, clients, and visitors, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and well-organised environment.

This role offers flexibility — including school-hours friendly options — and is ideal for someone who thrives in a creative, people-focused environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting clients and other guests to the studio, preparing meeting areas for client meetings with catering/coffee, and assisting with event coordination.
  • Maintain studio supplies by monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of materials required for day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and general studio areas.
  • Support the business support team with overflow tasks

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who is experienced and thrives in a creative environment and who has a ‘can-do’ attitude to tasks and responsibilities. The following skills and experience would be required:

  • Have strong Microsoft Office skills, knowledge of Adobe suite (including InDesign) would be a strong advantage
  • Have the ability to use own initiative and perform duties under limited supervision
  • Ability to communicate professionally with colleagues and visitors
  • A strong commitment to providing excellence in customer service
  • Be a team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with others
