Job Description

We’re looking for someone who loves variety, thrives in a creative environment, and enjoys being at the heart of a busy design studio.

In this 12-month parental leave cover, you’ll support two senior leaders – our Global Head of Sustainability and our Board Chairperson – with diary coordination and reporting, while also helping keep our Melbourne Studio running smoothly.

You’ll coordinate events, support our transition to a new studio space, and work closely with our Business Support team to create an engaging and welcoming studio experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Diary and meeting coordination, plus preparing reports/board papers for two senior leaders

  • Support with organising studio events – from team celebrations to client gatherings

  • Supporting our transition into a new studio space, including logistics and communications

  • Helping with everyday studio operations and acting as a friendly first point of contact

  • Creating and editing simple visual materials using Adobe Suite / InDesign (a strong preference)

Qualifications

You will bring:

  • Excellent organisational skills – you can juggle competing priorities with ease

  • Strong people skills – you enjoy connecting with others and building relationships

  • Confidence with Microsoft Office, and ideally experience with Adobe Suite and InDesign

  • A proactive, flexible and “can do” approach – happy to roll up your sleeves when needed

  • Experience in executive support, office coordination or events – or all three

We’re open to either:

  • 4 days per week (studio-based) or

  • 5 days per week (with one day from home)
