He angituutanga: The opportunity

Reporting to the Team Lead – Land Information Memoranda (LIMs), you’ll play a key role in ensuring customers receive accurate, compliant LIM reports within statutory timeframes.

You’ll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day delivery of LIMs and Property Files, ensuring correct procedures are followed and that the right information is shared to meet legislative requirements.

This is a detail-focused role where your work directly supports Council’s disclosure obligations and helps customers make important property decisions.

What you’ll be doing

  • Producing accurate LIM reports within legislative and statutory timeframes
  • Collating and interpreting information from internal subject matter experts
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and Council requirements
  • Managing your workload to meet customer expectations and deadlines
  • Escalating complex or high-risk matters appropriately
  • Providing clear, professional customer service (written and verbal)
  • Building knowledge of Council functions relevant to LIM disclosures
  • Supporting team delivery during peak periods
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of processes and accuracy

You’ll work collaboratively within the LIMs team, applying strong attention to detail, sound judgement, and a commitment to getting things right.

You’ll bring a strong customer focus, proven experience in a LIMs or similar regulatory environment, and the ability to manage detailed information accurately under pressure.

You will also have:

  • Experience working within a LIMs or property information environment
  • An understanding of relevant legislation relating to LIM reports
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence dealing with customers and explaining processes clearly
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
  • Patience, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • The ability to identify when to escalate complex or unclear issues
  • A collaborative approach and willingness to support the wider team

Circa $75,000 dependent on skills and experience.
