We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to work closely with senior leaders and executives, providing high‑impact financial analysis, insight, and advice to support strategic and operational decision‑making.
This role goes beyond traditional reporting and compliance. You will act as a trusted financial advisor, influencing performance, driving value, and equipping leaders with forward‑looking financial insights to support sound business decisions.
You will partner with Executive and Senior Management teams to support both strategic initiatives and day‑to‑day operational priorities.
You will combine strong financial expertise with commercial acumen, enabling leaders to understand performance drivers, risks, and opportunities, and to make informed, value‑focused decisions that deliver meaningful outcomes for the organisation and the community we serve.
Key responsibilities include:
Business Partnering & Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with Executive and Senior Management teams to support strategic and operational objectives
- Build strong, trusted relationships across the business as a proactive and credible financial advisor
- Translate complex financial information into clear, practical insights for decision‑making
- Challenge assumptions and provide constructive, commercially focused advice
Financial Analysis & Insights
- Deliver detailed financial analysis, modelling, and scenario planning to support business cases and investment decisions
- Provide insights on performance drivers, trends, risks, and opportunities
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning with a strong focus on value creation
- Develop and enhance performance reporting and dashboards to enable effective leadership decisions
Executive & Senior Leader Support
- Support executive reporting and senior leadership presentations
- Provide timely, accurate financial commentary and recommendations
- Assist leaders to understand the financial impact of strategic initiatives and operational changes
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting quality, and business insights
- Contribute to the development of best‑practice finance business partnering capability
- Support finance transformation initiatives, including system and process improvements

Qualifications

- Intermediate level of Microsoft Office skills and other business systems.
- A relevant finance qualification (CA / CPA or equivalent)
- Significant experience in a Finance Business Partner or similar commercially‑focused role.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to see beyond the numbers.
- Advanced financial analysis and modelling skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to engage and challenge senior stakeholders.
- The ability to simplify complex financial information and provide clear recommendations.
- A proactive, collaborative, and solution‑focused approach.
