We now have an opportunity for a strategic, creative and relationship-focused fundraising star!

This is a new role created to help shape a dynamic fundraising strategy and engage with a diverse range of major donors, business partners, and public-private investors. With a donor-centric approach, you'll apply your stewardship skills building lasting relationships that turn bold ideas into the reality of shaping our city, together.

This isn’t just another fundraising role. It’s the opportunity to:

Qualifications

Oo puumanawa me oo wheako | Your skills and experience

  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing; Business Management; Fundraising or similar
  • A minimum 5 years’ experience in fundraising with proven track records
  • Effective prospecting and relationship management skills
  • Demonstrate highly effective oral and written skills including presentations, marketing and promotion collateral and impactful funding proposals for significant projects.
  • Knowledge of Raiser’s Edge (Or similar CRM)
  • An innovative, strategic and “can do” attitude
  • Ability to plan, organise, prioritise, monitor, and deliver projects on schedule
  • A high level of comfort working with and being accountable for financial targets and deadlines.
