Beacon ABA Services is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) to join our team as a Regional Director serving the Metro North area.
This is a unique opportunity for an established behavior analyst who is passionate about quality ABA services, professional mentorship, and meaningful outcomes for young children and families. As a Regional Director, you will provide clinical leadership across home and school-based programs while helping shape the growth and success of services throughout your region.
The service area includes Middleton, Danvers, North Reading, Reading, Lynnfield, Lynn, Peabody, Salem, Wakefield, Saugus, Stoneham and Melrose.

What you'll do:
- Provide clinical oversight and supervision of home and school-based ABA programs
- Conduct intake visits and assessments for prospective clients
- Develop, oversee, and monitor individualized treatment goals and objectives
- Design and supervise behavior intervention plans, teaching programs, and clinical protocols
- Mentor and support clinical staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Collaborate with families, schools, and community partners
- Monitor clinical outcomes and promote best practices throughout the region
- Participate in research initiatives and present findings at professional conferences
- Support the continued growth and expansion of Beacon's services
Qualifications
- PhD or Masters in ABA, Special Ed., Psychology, or related field
- Current BCBA Certification
- Current LABA in Massachusetts
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in applied setting developing and implementing behavioral interventions and teaching programs
- Valid driver's License and Personal Vehicle
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
