These services include accounting, payroll, third party billing and collections, human resources, online and live Continuing Education, marketing, facility development and quality assurance programs.
Job Description
HSMC is currently seeking a Human Resources Assistant who will report to the Director of Human Resources and Payroll.
Responsibilities:
- New hire, termination, and performance management administration
- Filing and maintenance of personnel files, I-9 files and CORI files
- Provides back-up for front desk telephone coverage and receptionist duties
- Errands as necessary which will require use of personal vehicle
Qualifications
- Associates Degree preferred
- High School or Equivalent required
- Minumum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources preferred
- Strong computer skills specifically in Excel and Word
- ADP HRIS experience desirable
- Must have high attention to detail and strong communication and organizational skills
