Job Description

As our Marketing Manager, you will lead the marketing function and manage a team of four, overseeing both strategy and execution across all channels.

This is a key leadership role where you will play an important part in shaping how the brand shows up in market, while directly influencing sales growth, customer acquisition, and retention.  Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and delivering the brand and marketing strategy
  • Driving customer growth, sales performance, and marketing ROI
  • Managing integrated campaigns across digital, social, email, and in-store channels
  • Leading, coaching, and developing a team of 4 marketing staff
  • Acting as a brand ambassador, including on-camera content and social media presence
  • Overseeing eCommerce and marketing platforms (Shopify and Klaviyo experience highly valued)
  • Identifying and executing opportunities to expand into new markets and customer segments

This part time role (30 hours per week) role suits someone who enjoys both strategy and hands-on execution, thrives in a fast-moving retail environment

Qualifications

You are a commercially driven marketing leader who combines creative thinking with strong execution and accountability. You’re comfortable leading people, managing multiple priorities, and turning insights into measurable growth.  You will bring:

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role (retail and/or eCommerce fashion highly desirable)
  • Strong capability across brand, digital, and performance marketing
  • Experience leading teams and developing high-performing people
  • Hands-on experience with integrated campaigns, budgets, and marketing platforms
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise performance
  • Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and ability to work at pace
