As the business continues to grow, we’re looking for a Customer Success Representative to join the Operations team and play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Job Description

As the key point of contact for customers, you’ll guide them through onboarding, provide ongoing support, and ensure they’re getting maximum value from HALO’s solutions. This is a relationship-focused role where no two days are the same - combining customer support, problem-solving, coordination, and proactive engagement.

You’ll work closely with customers and internal teams across Sales, Operations, and Engineering to deliver a seamless experience from implementation through to ongoing support.  Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing customer onboarding and implementation processes
  • Providing timely support across phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Troubleshooting issues and coordinating solutions with internal teams
  • Building strong long-term customer relationships
  • Identifying opportunities to promote additional products and services where appropriate
  • Ensuring customers feel supported, informed, and confident using HALO’s technology

Qualifications

You’ll be someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and delivering a high level of service. You’re proactive, adaptable, and confident communicating with both customers and internal stakeholders.  You will bring:

  • Experience in customer success, account management, customer support, or a similar role
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail
  • A customer-first mindset with a genuine desire to help
  • Previous experience within a technical, technology, electronics, or automation environment would be advantageous.
