Job Description
We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Content Specialist who can think, write, and deliver high‑quality digital content that drives real engagement and qualified leads.
This is a hands-on role where you will take campaign direction and turn it into clear, practical, farmer‑relevant content then manage how it performs across digital channels. Campaign & content creation
- Develop digital and social campaigns from brief to execution
- Write clear, practical copy - headlines, body copy, lead forms into farmer-relevant messaging
- Create content grounded in real on‑farm situations (not generic marketing jargon)
Social media execution
- Plan and schedule content across key markets
- Build static posts, carousels, reels, and stories aligned to campaign intent
- Deliver a mix of paid and organic content
- Identify day‑to‑day content opportunities beyond campaign cycles
- Monitor performance and adjust content accordingly
Lead generation
- Create campaigns designed to generate qualified enquiries
- Structure messaging and lead forms to filter the right audience
- Work with internal teams to ensure leads are relevant and usable
Content creation (hands-on)
- Capture photos and produce basic video content for digital channels
- Film and edit simple, effective video suited to social platforms
- Identify content that can be reused across campaigns and channels
- Write articles for trade publications and external communications
- Conduct interviews and turn them into strong testimonials and case studies
- Create organic (non‑paid) content opportunities for social channels
Qualifications
- Proven experience running digital marketing campaigns
- Strong, practical copywriting ability
- Experience managing paid social campaigns and budgets
- Ability to analyse performance and adjust approach
- Experience writing across formats — social, long‑form, bios, testimonials
- Confidence creating simple video content for digital platforms
- Hands on experience with Meta Ads Manager
- Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube
- Basic performance tracking (CTR, CPL, lead quality)
- Google Ads (advantageous)
- CRM or lead management systems (advantageous)
