As our STMS, you will be front and centre on site, leading traffic management and keeping our crews and communities safe.

You will be responsible for:

• Supervising and directing traffic management crews
• Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and standards
• Maintaining clear communication with site teams, contractors, and RCAs

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• Strong knowledge of traffic management regulations and best practice
• Current STMS certification
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Flexibility to adapt across different sites and schedules
