Job Description
As our Fashion Marketing Manager, you’ll lead a talented team of 4 and oversee the day-to-day marketing operations. You’ll play a pivotal role in connecting brand storytelling with measurable commercial outcomes. This includes:
- Execution of the brand strategy
- Growing the customer base, driving sales, and increasing ROI
- Managing integrated campaigns across digital, social media, and offline channels
- Presenting in front of the camera and maintaining a strong social media presence
- Overseeing marketing systems (Shopify and Klaviyo experience is desirable) to grow new markets
This is a role for someone who loves fashion, is hungry to grow, and is committed long-term.
Qualifications
You’re a commercially minded marketing leader who thrives on delivering results. You bring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with the ability to turn creative ideas into measurable business impact. You’ll bring:
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role (retail and/or eCommerce preferred)
- Strong understanding of brand, digital, and performance marketing
- Experience managing integrated campaigns, budgets, and marketing systems
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
- Leadership experience and a passion for developing high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to work at pace
