Contribution & Growth Specialist (Performance & Career Development)

Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL DO

In this role, you will play a key part in bringing the Contribution and Growth processes to life across H&M Group. You will help ensure that performance, feedback, and career development are not only understood, but experienced as meaningful and valuable in everyday work.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the rollout and continuous improvement of Contribution (performance) and Growth (career) processes
  • Helping managers and employees focus on what matters, enabling better feedback conversations and meaningful development
  • Coordinating implementation across regions and functions to ensure consistency, clarity and alignment
  • Co‑creating relevant tools, materials and enablement together with key partners to support effective performance and growth conversations
  • Providing practical guidance and resources to support adoption across HR and business teams
  • Acting as a support point for managers and employees navigating the Contribution and Growth processes
  • Contributing to data tracking, insights and feedback loops to strengthen impact over time
  • Collaborating closely with Talent, Rewards, Development and other PLC Contribute & Grow initiatives
     

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will work closely with colleagues across PLC Contribute & Grow, as well as partners within Talent, Rewards, Learning and Development and HR teams across regions and functions. You will collaborate with both HR and business stakeholders to ensure Contribution and Growth is implemented in a consistent and value‑adding way across the organisation.
 

WHO YOU ARE

You are motivated by connecting strategy to everyday behaviour and enjoy working at the intersection of people, performance and development. You bring structure, clarity and a collaborative mindset, and are comfortable working across functions and geographies.

We believe you have:

  • A relevant academic background within HR, Business Administration, Psychology or similar
  • Experience working with performance management, talent processes or organisational development
  • Strong understanding of manager and employee needs related to feedback, performance and career development
  • Experience supporting or coordinating global or regional HR initiatives
  • The ability to translate frameworks and processes into practical tools and guidance
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A structured, proactive and collaborative way of working
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
