Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Tech Project Lead, you will manage and coordinate store‑related tech rollout projects by leading planning, resources, cross‑functional collaboration, vendors and risk management. You will ensure smooth implementation, strong delivery and seamless transition to operations in line with global standards. You will be responsible for the Sales Market, consisting of the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania and Hungary.

You will:

  • Plan, coordinate and manage end‑to‑end store‑related tech rollouts across the Sales Market.
  • Support Tech functions responsible for execution by providing structured project management.
  • Secure effective resource allocation and alignment throughout the full project lifecycle.
  • Lead cross‑functional project teams, collaborating with Expansion, Retail Operations, Sales and Tech.
  • Manage external vendors during retail tech implementation and rollout.
  • Identify and manage risks, blockers and dependencies, securing smooth delivery.
  • Track outcomes, gather learnings and drive continuous improvement across rollout processes.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

As a Tech Project Lead, you will collaborate closely with Expansion, Retail Operations, Sales, Tech teams and external vendors. You will work under the Sales Market Tech Manager while partnering across functions to secure high‑quality retail tech delivery.

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for people with …

  • A degree in Business, IT, Engineering or a related field.
  • ~3+ years of experience in project management, ideally in retail or tech environments.
  • Proven track record of leading cross‑functional IT implementation projects.
  • Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with product teams.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and confidence navigating complexity and ambiguity.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

This is a full-time role based on a local contract in Prague, Czech Republic. The Tech Project Lead reports to the Tech Manager.
