Are you passionate about combining operational excellence with strategic sourcing and supplier management? We are now looking for a Facility & Procurement Specialist to join our Expansion team in Sweden. In this role, you will play a key part in securing the long-term performance of our retail portfolio across Sweden. You will combine Facility Management expertise with procurement ownership across both Facility Management and Construction categories, driving supplier performance, cost optimization, sustainability initiatives, and operational excellence throughout the portfolio.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As Facility & Procurement Specialist, you will enable and secure the long-term performance of H&M Group´s retail portfolio in Sweden by delivering optimized, qualitative, and cost-efficient Facility Management services while owning procurement activities across the FM and Construction scope.
You oversee maintenance, supplier management, lifecycle planning, energy efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure safe, compliant, and reliable facility operations and procurement activities across the entire H&M Group portfolio in Sweden.
Key responsibilities include:
• Own sourcing and procurement activities across Facility Management and Construction categories.
• Drive supplier selection, negotiations, framework agreements and contract implementation.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships and ensure contractual compliance.
• Act as FM Category Manager and drive category performance.
• Secure FM service delivery across the retail portfolio.
• Monitor portfolio condition and support lifecycle CAPEX and OPEX planning.
• Drive sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, business cases and performance reporting.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will work closely with the Expansion Manager, Facility managers and Construction project managers, Leasing, Store operations and Store Teams, as well as suppliers, contractors and landlords. You will also collaborate with Global Construction & Facilities and other cross-functional stakeholders to deliver consistent, high-quality facility services.
WHO YOU ARE
You are a proactive and structured Facility Management and Procurement professional with strong technical understanding, commercial thinking and analytical capabilities. You are communicative, consultative, and collaborative in your approach. You are data-driven, pragmatic, and solution-oriented, while remaining resilient and flexible in a dynamic environment.
We are looking for someone who has at least 5 years of experience within Facility Management, Procurement, Construction, Real Estate or a related field, strong sourcing and supplier management experience, excellent communication skills, and fluency in Swedish and English.
