Job Description
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Content Production Specialist, you oversee the creation, adaptation and delivery of all media and in‑store communication content across the Sales Market. You secure brand alignment, efficient production processes and high‑quality execution across channels and formats.
You will:
- Oversee the creation and delivery of all media and in‑store communication content, ensuring alignment with brand and campaign goals.
- Plan and coordinate asset‑adaptation needs across channels based on daily marketing planning.
- Collaborate closely with Media Leads, Media Agencies, Production Hubs and vendors to brief, track and approve creative assets.
- Act as the main point of contact for media agencies regarding formats, assets and campaign materials.
- Coordinate POS (point‑of‑sale) material production - printed and digital, across markets and locations.
- Ensure timely and cost‑efficient production and distribution of store communication materials.
- Review and approve regional campaign costs and invoices, ensuring budget efficiency and accuracy.
- Analyse campaign performance and share insights to optimize future production planning.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will collaborate closely with Media Leads, media agencies, Production Hubs, Store Visual teams and NCG teams. You will partner cross‑functionally with marketing, creative and operational stakeholders to secure efficient production, accurate execution and alignment across markets and channels.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people with…
- Degree in Marketing, Media or Production Management (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, content production or media roles (agency or client side).
- Experience working in fashion retail or similar.
And people who are…
- Strong in understanding paid media formats (TV, OOH, OLV, Display, Social, Print).
- Knowledgeable about retail store formats and production processes.
- Excellent in organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Skilled in analytical thinking and problem‑solving.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
