Job Description
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Tech Manager, you will lead tech operations and retail tech rollouts across the sales market, ensuring stable delivery, compliance, and colleague-focused support.
You will:
- Take overall responsibility for tech operations and retail tech rollouts in the sales market, acting as a first point of escalation for tech-related issues.
- Lead tech operations teams and tech project managers, supporting performance, capability building, and talent development.
- Ensure stable operations and end-user support services while driving early actions on operational risks and issues.
- Secure compliance with global policies, local regulations, audit requirements, and cyber security standards.
- Collaborate with Sales, Expansion, Retail Operations, Controlling, vendors, and Global Tech teams to deliver local rollouts of global solutions.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
In this role, you will work closely with local tech teams, Controlling, Sales, Expansion, Retail Operations, vendors, and Global Tech product teams. The role connects local business needs with global standards and rollout plans.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people with…
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, technology operations, or an equivalent field.
- At least three years of experience in IT service management, service delivery, or infrastructure leadership.
- Experience leading teams, managing tech operations, and delivering IT solutions.
- Strong budget management and forecasting skills.
- TIL Foundation certification and strong stakeholder, vendor, and communication skills.
