Job Description
WHAT YOU’LL DO
You enable the Grow & Contribute agenda by implementing global people processes, supporting leaders with insights, and building capability through training, coaching, and development.
You translate global frameworks into practical local solutions, helping teams grow, develop, and perform through strong processes and meaningful employee experiences.
Your responsibilities are :
Drive high‑quality implementation and adoption of global Grow & Contribute processes by embedding them into day‑to‑day operations, ensuring relevance to local context while maintaining global intent and standards
Act as the local subject‑matter partner for Grow & Contribute, enabling leaders, HR Business Partners, and HR Generalists to confidently own and consistently apply people processes and tools
Act as a bridge between global design and local reality, representing local needs and constraints while reinforcing consistency in philosophy, principles, and ways of working
Facilitate, curate, and implement relevant learning programs, supporting local adaptations and strategies.
Align performance development and learning processes with goals and organizational objectives.
Monitor effectiveness, adoption, and outcomes using data and feedback; translate insights into concrete improvement actions and provide structured input to global HR PLC Specialists / SMEs to strengthen process design and usability
Support the HR Manager with specialist insight and analysis to inform people strategy, prioritization, and forward‑looking decisions linked to business needs
Measure and analyze leadership performance and development needs.
Build sustainable people and leadership capability through training, enablement, and coaching, ensuring long‑term, independent application of processes and practices
Provide personalized coaching to managers for targeted skill development.
Facilitate leadership development interventions based on local needs.
Coach people leaders on goal setting, performance metrics, and improvement strategies.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
In this role, you will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure the successful expansion of the business. You will work closely with HR generalists, Business Leaders and HR manager, providing key insights and recommendations.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people who have :
Relevant university degree (e.g. Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar)
Experience implementing and enabling people processes in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments, with accountability for adoption and outcomes
Ability to translate global frameworks into practical, locally workable solutions while maintaining consistency and intent
Proven capability to partner with leaders and HR stakeholders to build capability, influence behavior, and drive sustainable change
Data‑informed and improvement‑oriented mindset, with the ability to use insights to strengthen execution and impact
Strong facilitation, communication, and collaboration skills, with confidence to operate independently across functions, markets, and regions
