WHAT YOU’LL DO 

In this role as a Product Developer within Light Woven & Knit, you’ll play an important part in shaping the H&M Kids Girl Collection towards Light Woven and Knit assortment by taking ownership of your category, combining strong self-leadership with a strategic and commercial mindset. You balance a deep passion for fashion and product with a clear understanding of profitability, driving both product excellence and business results. 

You will define and execute both short and ‑longterm strategies for your category, ensuring alignment with our overall assortment goals. Leveraging your superb fashion taste, salesmanship and commercial insight, you’ll drive seasonal keys and act on emerging trends. You will continuously refine our product and component‑ strategy to drive growth and profitability. 

You will drive initiatives forward, ensuring seamless execution and effective crossteam collaboration in a ‑fastpaced environment. You’ll work closely with a talented team including a product manager, planner, junior droduct developer, designer‑ and pattern makers, as well as collaborating with the production team. With your strong passion for product and fashion, you will be essential in creating worldclass‑ products that resonate with our customers. 
 
You will report to Assortment Manager for Kids Girls Collection 

WHO YOU ARE 

• At least 3 years’ experience from a similar role for garments, shoes or accessories or minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar Junior Product Developer role. 

• Proven track record in creating strong and commercially relevant products, with excellent fashion sense 

• A keen eye for current fashion trends and strong fashion intelligence 

• A deep passion for products and product development 

• Extensive material knowledge, able to combine quality, cost consciousness and creativity when developing products 

• Driven, structured and proactive in taking initiative 

• Strong salesmanship and results‑oriented mindset 

• Excellent communication skills 

• A collaborative team player with a flexible attitude 

• Ability to identify opportunities, improvements and efficient solutions
