ABOUT THE ROLE:​The omni merchandiser is responsible for driving profitable growth by executing the commercial plan across all channels, including online, marketplaces, and retail in partnership with the Area Team and Digital Team. In this role, the omni merchandiser is responsible for stock freshness, allocation and replenishment, as well as driving commercial priorities to ensure the best offer for our customers.​

RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive Omni‑Channel Merchandising Execution & Sales: Drive selling performance across stores, ownsite, and marketplaces by executing priorities and acting quickly on opportunities. Monitor KPIs (sales vstarget, availability, conversion, stock levels), identify risks early, and coordinate corrective actions with Area,Store, and Digital teams. Ensure consistent focus on key products and commercial priorities.​

Omni‑Channel Performance Tracking: Track trading performance across physical and digital channelsand turn insights into clear actions. Follow up on execution, availability, and selling at store, market, andchannel level. Summarise insights and escalate key risks and opportunities to the Merchandise Manager.​

Omni‑Channel Stock Management & Availability: Manage stock levels across stores, e‑commerce, andmarketplaces to ensure strong availability and balanced sales. Oversee allocation, replenishment, andin‑season actions. Execute stock movements to maximise selling, reduce overstock, and supportcommercial targets.​

Market, Customer & Competitor Insights: Conduct regular store visits and monitor digital channels toassess customer behaviour, execution quality, and trends. Track competitor pricing, assortment,promotions, and presentation. Use insights to drive improvements and inform decisions.​

Managing Launches and Initiatives: Lead merchandising and stock execution for digital launches,campaigns, and marketplace expansions. Ensure readiness across assortment, stock, and setup. Monitorpost‑launch performance and take actions to optimise selling, availability, and execution in ramp‑up andpeak periods.

Qualifications

Analytical​: The ability to collect, process, and analyse data to make informeddecisions. This includes proficiency in statistical tools and software, understandingdata trends, and presenting findings clearly.​

Business Analysis​: The ability to analyse business needs and recommend solutions.This involves understanding business processes, identifying areas for improvement,and developing strategies to enhance efficiency.​​

Merchandising​: The ability to promote products for sale. Skills include productplacement, inventory management, and sales strategies.​​

Supply Chain Management​: The ability to manage the flow of goods and servicesfrom production to delivery. Skills include logistics, inventory management, andsupplier relations.

Additional Information

This is a full‑time role based in our Shanghai Office in China, reporting to the Omni Merchandising Manager in China. The position requires a presence in the office 4 days a week, and candidates must already have the right to live and work in China.
