Job Description

Reporting directly to the Head of Merchandising in Korea, you will play a pivotal role in driving selling and elevating the customer offer across our physical stores.
You will ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time—optimising allocation, replenishment and stock ownership to maximise sales, profitability, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & KPI Management

  • Perform ongoing sales analysis to understand selling performance, stock behaviour and customer patterns.
  • Translate insights into concrete actions to drive selling through key KPIs (Net takt, Stock Index, Red%, etc.).
  • Enhance customer experience through a well‑balanced, commercial assortment.

2. Assortment & Allocation

  • Support stores with the optimal commercial assortment aligned with business goals.
  • Ensure supply chain continuity from warehouse to stores.
  • Set and execute allocation and replenishment strategies to achieve both selling and profitability targets.
  • Work confidently with relevant systems, tools and reporting platforms.

3. Stock Management

  • Monitor stock levels and ensure the right assortment is prioritised at the right time.
  • Collaborate with KR Online and Logistics teams on allocation, replenishment and omni stock management.
  • Align and execute sales strategies to achieve maximum commercial impact at the lowest cost.

4. Store Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Retail Experience Manager and Area Visual Lead to identify opportunities and threats in the KR market.
  • Support space management and category optimisation based on stock situation and sales drivers.
  • Provide insights, analysis and coaching to store teams to strengthen understanding of merchandising strategies.
  • Participate in new store openings as the merchandising representative.

5. Omni Strategy

  • Co‑develop and execute the Omni activity plan with the KR Online team to strengthen local relevance.
  • Conduct quarterly reviews and contribute to annual planning to drive continuous improvement across channels.

6. Reporting

  • Deliver weekly, quarterly and ad‑hoc reports to support business decision‑making.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Solid analytical ability with experience turning data into practical, commercial actions.
  • Background in merchandising or an analytical retail role.
  • Proactive mindset with a problem‑solving approach; comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Good understanding of the Korean fashion retail landscape and genuine interest in the industry.
  • Clear and confident in both Korean and English communication, with the ability to work well with different teams and stakeholders.
  • Well‑organized, with the ability to plan, prioritize and follow up effectively.
  • Commercially focused, with awareness of sales performance and customer needs.
  • Positive, adaptable attitude and resilience in fast‑paced or high‑pressure situations.

This is a full time permanent contract based at our Korea Office.
