WHAT YOU’LL DO 

The Benefit Program Lead supports the Pension & Benefits SME and facilitates the design and implementation of global employee benefit programmes, focusing on global roll‑out and operationalisation of programmes, driving consistency, improving operational management, and increasing adoption of global benefits offerings that support colleagues engagement worldwide. 

Key responsibilities:  

  • Programs implementation – Leading the rollout of global benefits programs through establishing implementation plans and working closely with global and local specialists to secure a smooth experience and effective implementation at country level. Collaborating with regional People function teams and external providers to ensure effective implementation and adoption of benefits.  
  • Programs improvement – Performing program audits, planning and driving program improvement initiatives to secure high efficiency and operational effectiveness. 
  • Monitoring program performance – Collecting implementation insights and business feedback to facilitate continuous improvement. 
  • Advisory – Providing expertise and guidance related to global benefits programs in scope to internal stakeholders. Working closely with the Pension & Benefits SME to secure alignment with the benefits strategy and ambitions. 
  • Training and communication – Supporting communication and education initiatives to increase awareness and understanding of global benefits offerings. 
  • Program documentation – Working closely with the Pension & Benefits SME to establish global benefits programme documentation, including policies, guidelines and working procedures. 
  • Process mapping – Mapping new benefit processes and improving existing ones.  

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH 

In your daily work, you will collaborate directly with the Pension & Benefits SME to align strategy, ambitions and programme documentation. You will also partner with external vendors and work closely with global and local specialists within our People function teams and collaborate on securing smooth and effective implementation of global benefits programs.  

WHO YOU ARE 

We are looking for people with… 

  • Proven track record of minimum 5 years of experience within benefits management and project management within a multinational environment. 
  • Expertise in implementation planning and execution of benefit programmes across multiple countries.  
  • Experience in managing large‑scale, cross‑border benefit programmes across multiple regions.  
  • Strong capabilities in mapping new benefit processes and improving existing ones.  
  • Strong analytical skills, able to break down and analyse large amounts of data. 
  • Skilled in developing training materials and leading through change.  
  • Problem‑solving and issue‑resolution capabilities with a proactive mindset.  
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, establish and secure delivery for projects with multiple deliveries, stakeholders and dependencies.  
  • Deep understanding of car fleet management, policy, benefits concepts, programs, strategies and benefit management principles.  
  • Seasoned user of MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word.  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Relations or related field.
