We are opening a state-of-the-art, highly automated, BREEAM certified, Omni-Logistics Centre in Robakowo, Poland, to serve all European Portfolio Brands markets. This new warehouse will have 62K sqm and employ between 500 and 700 ambitious, committed, and motivated colleagues dedicated to fulfilling our customer promise efficiently and sustainably.

Job Description
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Manage all financial and operational data related to DC controlling, including budgeting, KPI tracking (e.g. cost, service, sustainability), project follow-up, planning validation and quality assurance.
- Provide financial and quantitative insights to support decision-making across departments and DC management.
- Develop and maintain structured reporting frameworks to ensure consistent performance tracking, audit routines, and alignment with global standards.
- Verify invoicing accuracy and monitor key cost drivers.
- Support improvements that enhance efficiency and results.
- Oversee contract negotiations and vendor tenders.
- Support planning responsibilities at smaller retail DCs (size L and below).
Qualifications
What do you need to succeed:
- Deep knowledge of controlling, logistics, DC operations & finance, related software and regional specifics, as well as operational capabilities.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas).
- Experience with ERP (preferably SAP) and BI tools (e.g. Power BI).
- Very good knowledge of English.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Good understanding of cross-functional departments and collaboration.
- Solid project management and prioritization abilities.
- Collaborative and inclusive mindset with openness to change and diversity.
- Familiarity with Power Query and VBA is a strong plus.

Additional Information
This role is a full-time and permanent position, starting as soon as possible, with direct reporting to the DC Controlling Manager. The work location is the newly build warehouse in Robakowo, Szkolna 98.
