WHAT YOU’LL DO: 

• Lead and contribute to the design, development, and delivery of complex AI/ML and generative AI initiatives, ensuring high-quality, scalable outcomes. 
• Architect and implement robust systems using frameworks and integrating LLMs into enterprise-grade applications. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate concepts into production-ready systems. 
• Drive technical excellence by mentoring junior engineers and promoting best practices in engineering and MLOps. 
• Identify and manage technical risks and dependencies, ensuring alignment across teams and stakeholders. 
• Support and continuously improve deployed ML systems through monitoring, debugging, and optimization. 

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH 

You’ll work closely with other machine learning engineers, data scientists, solution architects, frontend developers, business stakeholders, and engineering managers to build and enhance AI-powered products that drive innovation and efficiency across the organization. 

WHO YOU ARE 

We are looking for people with… 

• ML engineering project experience, including building and deploying ML models. 
• Deep understanding of system architecture, design, performance optimization and security principles needed to build high-quality AI/ML solutions. 
• Hands-on experience with building LLM-based applications. 
• MLOps experience across various projects, including testing, monitoring, and supporting production systems. 
• Knowledge across various competence areas such as data engineering, software engineering and data science in order to facilitate effective cross-competence communication and problem solving. 

Also preferred if you have: 

• Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration and deployment. 
• Experience building AI agents using frameworks like LangChain or similar. 
• Knowledge on common front-end frameworks such as React or NextJS.

• Curiosity and a drive to continuously improve engineering practices and technical skills. 
• Excellent communication skills to influence decisions and align with strategic business goals.
