As a Senior Business Expert, you’ll be at the heart of our checkout transformation, driving smart, scalable solutions that blend customer insight, retail operations, and technology. Your Responsibilities: 

As a Senior Business Expert, you will: 

  • Define and evolve the POS roadmap in alignment with business goals and retail trends. 
  • Act as the key link between brands and our tech function – capturing needs, defining requirements, and driving solutions. 
  • Facilitate workshops, gather feedback, and ensure alignment across stakeholders. 
  • Develop and maintain training materials and support store teams during rollouts. 
  • Play a central role in our POS transformation – from requirement setting to implementation. 
  • Monitor performance and user feedback to identify improvement opportunities. 
  • Stay ahead of retail tech trends and actively drive innovation across all checkout solutions.

You will collaborate with: 

  • PB Tech and Central teams, Business Tech counterparts 
  • Store operations and central teams across our brands. 
  • Program managers and tech stakeholders within our omni initiatives. 

 

Qualifications

WHO YOU ARE  

We are looking for people with… 

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, engineering, or equivalent experience in retail. 
  • Strong understanding of retail operations and in-store customer experience. 
  • Proven experience in business development and innovation. 
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders. 
  • Familiarity with agile ways of working. 
  • Experience with retail POS systems is a plus. 
  • Professional proficiency in English.

Additional Information

This is a full time permanent contract based at our Head Office in Liljeholmen Stockholm.

In this role you will have the flexibility to work both remotely and, from the office. While remote working is part of our offer, approx. 4 days per week office presence is required to foster strong collaborations and team work.
