Job Description
We are currently looking for a Cafe Manager for our store, opening in Oslo, Norway
As the Café Manager, you ensure that your team delivers the best customer experience for everyone that visits the café. You secure high quality in all operational aspects of the café and you lead by example. You lead and develop the café team and optimize the café to achieve sales targets and budget, maximize profitability, make sure the café team is up to date on products and sales activities. Your role is essential in creating welcoming experiences that showcase the best of our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create an inspiring and engaging Café environment with a unique local feeling for customers
- Responsible for recruitment, training and development of your team together with Store Experience Manager
- Support, motivate and lead the café team to increase sales and maintain customer service levels according to guidelines
- Organise and plan according to the café concept including order routines and daily stock levels
- Promote the culture, values and mission of the café and brand as a whole.
- Driving café according to sustainability goals

What You Need to Succeed:
Knowledge
- You understand what makes a great customer experience
- Prior operation experience in food and beverage industry
- Fluent in Norwegian and English

Past Achievements
- Proven management experience in café or restaurant operation
- Experience in recruiting; managing talent, performance and developing team members is an advantage
