Product Manager Warehouse Internal Operations

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Product Manager to join our team in the Warehouse Internal Operations function. You will play a key role in developing and executing strategies that enhance the efficiency, accuracy and scalability of our warehouse management systems and processes. Your role will require close collaboration with cross regional teams, including logistics, IT, supply chain and data analytics to ensure our operations run seamlessly. 

Key Responsibilities   

  • Lead the development, management and optimization of internal warehouse processes and systems. 
  • Build, monitor, analyze and execute end-to-end product strategies, including defining the product scope, creating the product roadmap, and establishing KPI’s. Drive product development from ideation to deployment. 
  • Manage the lifecycle of warehouse operations tools, ensuring they meet business and operational needs. 
  • Lead a cross-functional development team to achieve a common mission, prioritizing work and inspiring the team to improve. 
  • Ensure all warehouse processes adhere to safety standards and best practices. 

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in warehouse operations, logistics or supply chain from e-commerce or retail industry. 
  • Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics processes. 
  • Knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and their application to product strategy.  
  • Ability to learn and adapt to multiple functional areas of business, including engineering, design, finance, sales and marketing. 
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver projects from ideation to execution. 
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills. 
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and build collaborative relationships with multiple stakeholders. 
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and inspiring cross-regional teams towards a common goal.  
  • Experience with product management tools, automation tools, AI, or machine learning applications in warehouse environments is a plus. 
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is a must; a master’s degree is a plus.
